The services by Ms. Ketaki were incredible. I must compliment her for her patient nature for answering all our questions and working out a very convenient and hassle free trip for us. Their team had thorough knowledge about Kenya and the cities we were visiting and organized everything properly in advance. Their counterpart in Kenya were also very helpful in assisting us wherever needed.

The most confusing part of the summer holidays is planning a vacation! The destination, budget, some place which would give us value for money. Shuffling between Bali, Singapore, London - taking packages from various tour operators - nothing was exciting or satisfying us! Then my husband chanced upon Ketaki, who runs Serendipity and Beyond Tours- a bespoke travel company, who suggested a cruise holiday onboard the Majestic Princess. We had struck gold!! I was stuck alone at the Newark airport with a mutilated passport and denied boarding on my flight. A single phone call to Ketaki@ Serendipity and Beyond Tours, who had booked my trip, had an appointment lined up with the Consul General in New York, full information on the procedure and I received my new passport the same day! And a ticket on the next day's flight! The agency was super helpful and such a support -Thanks again for everything!
